Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to directions, set aside and allow to cool
  2. Dice onion and begin to saute with a pad of butter
  3. While onion is sauteing, peel and halve shrimp
  4. add shrimp to onions and add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  5. While shrimp is cooking, combine and warm vegetables in microwave
  6. scramble eggs in electric skillet, salt and pepper to taste
  7. Once scrambled, add butter and cooked rice to electric skillet
  8. Add onions, shrimp, and vegetables to electric skillet
  9. Add soy sauce to taste
