Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 1 lb large shrimp uncooked
- 1 onion large
- 1 bag peas & carrots
- 1 bag corn
- 1 bag broccoli
- butter
- soy sauce
- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Cook rice according to directions, set aside and allow to cool
- Dice onion and begin to saute with a pad of butter
- While onion is sauteing, peel and halve shrimp
- add shrimp to onions and add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- While shrimp is cooking, combine and warm vegetables in microwave
- scramble eggs in electric skillet, salt and pepper to taste
- Once scrambled, add butter and cooked rice to electric skillet
- Add onions, shrimp, and vegetables to electric skillet
- Add soy sauce to taste
