CORN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn not drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup cheese diced I use Velvetta because I like the way it melts
- 1 cup uncooked cut spaghetti
- 1/4 cup onion and green pepper
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Stir once after 30 minutes of baking.
Recipe Notes
The first year that Dave and I were married, we visited his dad and stepmother in Orlando for Thanksgiving. Nancy told me that this dish was traditional for her family, and she made it every Thanksgiving. Well, I turned into the dainty lady that I am, and scarfed this down like a pig. Let me be very clear – I really don’t think this dish is healthy. However, it is damn good. The version below has not been altered at all, but you could probably replace the margarine for butter if you wanted. - Kirsten
