- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Lemon Instant Pudding small
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil mazola
- 4 eggs

- 1 lb powdered sugar (little less)
- 2/3 cup lemon juice

- MIx and beat well. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Glaze
- Mix powdered sugar and 2/3 cup lemon juice. After cake has cooled a bit but is still warm, use a fork to poke holes into the cake. Spoon lemon juice mixture into holes in the cake.
