Instructions
  1. Brown meat in skillet with seasoned pepper. Add ½ cup white wine and simmer for ½ hour. Put roast with wine/juice in baking pan. Cover with 3 cups sliced mushrooms. Combine seasonings packets with water and pour over roast. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
