Beef Roast with Wine

Ingredients
- 1 beef eye of round or rolled roast
- Seasoned pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 package hunter sauce
- 1 package au jus mix
- 1 package peppercorn sauce
- 3 cups water

Instructions
- Brown meat in skillet with seasoned pepper. Add ½ cup white wine and simmer for ½ hour. Put roast with wine/juice in baking pan. Cover with 3 cups sliced mushrooms. Combine seasonings packets with water and pour over roast. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
